Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
I have a website with Jomsocial installed and I have a issue with photos and videos uploads.
I have configured Amazon S3 and works correctly. Jomsocial shows all images in S3 correctly in the website. The problem is when I try to upload a photo or video.
I upload photo or video and Jomsocial advice me that is uploaded correctly but I can't see in the website. Photo or video is not included in album that I've choosen.
Where I can see that issue?
Also, please provide me working site credentials (super user) if I'll need to enable some debug tools in backend.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
How can I send you this information (user and password)? When I completed support form I entered username and password for super user. Can't you see it?
I noticed you are not using the latest version of Jomsocial and it would be best if you upgrade so we can eliminate the possibility that this fault has been fixed in the current version. Latest release is 3.2.1.5 and you're using 3.2.0.7.
