Hi,

I have uploaded some photos into an album belonging to Jom Social.
When I click the album image or activity image it throws the following error.

"Sorry, the system needs a proper id to process."

Your SEF URLs are wrong:

ROOT/World-Desk/Francis-Goodwin/Tad-s-Test/118-ocean-photo/Photos

they should be like:

ROOT/michal/photos/photo.html?albumid=10&photoid=181

Do you use any URL rewriting extension? Or you set rewriting rule in htaccess?

Also please, provide us Super User access so we could see Global Configuration of your site,.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Michal,

We are using sh404sef component. If we disable sef url for jomsocial then its working fine.
But we need sef url for jom social. Please give better solution for this problem.

JomSocial works fine with default JomSocial SEF.
This issue is caused by sh404sef - (it's misconfiguration or extension issue) please, contact with sh404sef developers and ask them for advise.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
