Problem: Uploaded video files stay in pending video section.

- make sure that FFMPEG is properly installed on your server (Yes, FFMPEG is installed in the server and it is running - I have onfirmed this with web hosting provider)

- make sure that path to FFMPEg is correct in videos configuration in JomSocial (FFMPEg is correct in videos configuration in JomSocial - I have onfirmed this with web hosting provider)

- make sure that FFMPEG is in one of recent versions (Yes, FFMPEG is in one of recent versions - I have onfirmed this with web hosting provider)

- also make sure that cron job is properly configured (Yes, cron job is properly configured).

When I ran Cron Job I got:
