When attempting to post a photo or video from an Android phone (Galaxy S5) there is no option for Gallery. Thus forcing you to take a new image/video or choosing from "files". I would greatly appreciate it if support could be given to enable choosing of images and videos from the Gallery.

Also, can you test the upload function on another website please (not jomsocial site), I think this is related with your device issue..

I have attached an image from Facebook *website*, in which the gallery option successfully appears.

I have flushed the IP blocks, left you a note in 'Misc Information', and tested that the htaccess is working.

Please advise.

I just tested the login provided and it work successfully for me. Can you provide me your IP and let me add it to the white list? Perhaps that will resolve the issue.

I will re-enter the information in the login info fields in this post also. Also remember to use HTTPS...I have it as a requirement on the server.

I dont have S5 for testing it, but my friend test in S4 and the gallery is showing fine, anyway have you tried on another device.. I am sure this is random issue from android itself, we dont have any special setting for that upload button, only regular button for upload file.
