Who can help me out here,
i have zencoder and S3 installed following the video step by step, the api and the code where the bucket 2 times has to change, and pasted the code and saved all the windows.

The videos i uploaded where .WMV files.

i installed the cron like this:
/usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null " www.firefromheaven.org/index.php?option=com_community&task=cron " > /dev/null
and this are the messages:

Hi, Georges.

You need to setup Amazon S3 to use Zencoder. And you haven't configured Amazon S3 storage in your installation: Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> Remote strorage.

Thank you so much Michal, can you do a quick control, but i think it is working now. The videos are converted now the mp4 and the wmv.

Have a nice day and ofcourse i had to configure the remote server :) i am happy now, i had in the past the same issues but that was because my host does not accept ffmpeg. Thank anyway for quick help, very appreciated.

Love your script, i have also tried the Tigra for JomSocial, but there is a problem when you upgrade to a new version, i have to ask them to set Tigra up again, so i decided to let it go, as you see my site with the normal script, it looks nice and professional, their own scripts Boards and Circles work also nice.
