Hi, Paul.

1. You use quite old version of JomSocial 3.1.0.4 so please, upgrade to latest version -> 3.2.1.4
2. I also noticed that upload feature in Photos it's not working. It's caused by declared live site URL in configure.php - just remove site URL from it.

Then check if issue persist. If yes, Please, update this thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi, Paul.

That fixed plupload issue... but not "not supported file" issue.
First try to disable SEF in Joomla!
Then make sure that you have set: upload_tmp_dir
Also try to reinstall GD library.
Contact with your hosting provider and as for assistance as this seems to be server related issue.
