I can't access administration page. invalid username or password. please make sure the php safe_mode is off.
if using safe mode, URL fetching will not working properly.

I saw at your backend. php safe_mode is off.
I aware with Suhosin module at your server. Because if I share any url, e.g google.com, always got 301 permanent redirect.
This issue mostly causing by security module. and Suhosin is a security module. please try to disable it first.

if the problem from Suhosin, please contact your server support to make proper configuration.
