Since yesterday I have a problem.

We can add more photos. When adding a photo it does not appear, everything is present except the photo. I can not delete photos that do not appear.

I can not find the problem.

I was able to replicate your issue on your site.
It seems that this issue apply only to photos uploaded via postbox.
After upload photo is showed on stream using proper URL:
paintinglesson.tv/images/photos/948/7/7d...7fb44d6bb6f55534.jpg

But after a while file from above URL is not accessible and after page reload photo URL is changed to:
paintinglesson.tv/index.php?option=com_c...7fb44d6bb6f55534.jpg

Please, edit your first post and add FTP credentials.

Do you activate the cron job? if yes, would mind to disabled it for awhile?

I need some help from your sys admin to track the files, after I uploaded the photos and suddenly not sure the photos deleted manually, maybe your sys-admin know why this issue happens.

I can not disable cron because it is used by Payplans for my subscribers.
I do not know what you ask. I'm no expert. What do you want exactly?

it is possible that the problem started after the update joomla 3.3 and jomsocial 3.2.1.3 and update some extension. but I'm not sure I did not notice this problem that few days ago.

Would you mind provide me the cPanel, please? I will check the cron job setting, I am sure the photo was deleted some where via cron job. Probably caused by the 3rd party plugin.

i see, this issue only happens on sharebox, if I uploaded from photo page everything will work fine.. I also need your phpmyadmin access, I will try downoad your source code in my local and try it there.

I am not sure this is valid bug not, but I already reported to the senior developer for checking this. I found the weird behavior, after you click post in share photo the system call the another functions, maybe that action makes the photos broken.

For time being, I suggest you avoid the upload photo from sharebox.

PS: dont forgot update your Jomsocial to version 3.2.1.5

The problem is solved! The cause is the Falang component. It has been found by the team of payplan because I and others had problems with payplan. It there's an update that fixes the problem.
