Hi.
I can't find login button on your site :)
How can I reach your community?
Check if commented item has no privacy restrictions e.g privacy is set to Site members or Me & Friends.
Hi Michal,
Thank you for your quick reply.

Setting is O.K.
Because the comment is shown correctly on public views in the stream line as follows:
Hi.
You haven't specified to what URL issue applies so I used your main site.
Please, edit your first post and also access to site backend.
Hi.
I assign developer to this thread.
Hi Poteto,
Please make sure the video is for public, because on that module will check the video privacy, if you browsed as a guest, so only the public videos which will be showed in that video comments module.
thank you
Hi Dimas,
Thank you for your advice.
In this case, the privacy setting is O.K. as follows.
I set all videos privacy as the public view.

Hi Dimas,
Thank you for your checking.

Today, I just updated the JomSocial to version 3.2.1.5.
But still the issue we have.
Several sites have a same issue.
Could you please test the Video Comments module in your demo site?
Sincerely yours,
Poteto
Hi Poteto,
There is some parameter regarding the privacy access, I tried comment public profile and public video and able to see as guest very well.
if you want to avoid the privacy you need edit this file modules/mod_videocomments/helpers.php, find this code :
$permission = CPrivacy::getAccessLevel($my->id, $comment->creator);
if ($permission >= $comment->permissions) {
$data[] = $comment;
if (--$counter == 0) {
break;
}
}$data[] = $comment;
if (--$counter == 0) {
break;
}
