Hello Everybody,

I have a problem with the video uploaded using jomsocial component.
I installed FFMPEG on my vps server, I edited the cron task carefully.
Everything goes well except we can't play the videos.
When we click on play, the video is black and we just heard the sound. We don't get any images except the thumbnail at the beginning.

You are using old Jomsocial version 3.1.0.1, please you do upgrade to the latest version for fixing this.

Hi Mehdi,

here the steps what I did for tackle this issue.
1. I changing s3 bucket URL from <bucket>.s3.amazonaws.com to bella***.s3.amazonaws.com for fixing the video thumbnails issue. Because I found this issue at videos list page
2. The video cant play because always using HTML video player. maybe something wrong with your video format. so I forced the player always using Flowplayer by editing /components/com_community/libraries/videos/file.php line 126, from:

return $tmpl->fetch( 'videos.html5' );

return $tmpl->fetch( 'videos.flowplayer' );

Hi Mehdi,

please contact amazon s3 support for get bucket proper setup.
because the you access this:
bellavip.s3.amazonaws.com/crossdomain.xml
got "Access Denied" and that link can't access from public or external.
