Hi, Robert Manser.
"Video debugging" was on and this was adding additional lines to xml.
I disabled it and now there is no error.
But still videos aren't converted.
1. Are you sure that FFMPEG is installed properly?
2. Are you sure that FFMPEG path in Videos configuration is right?
What version of FFMPEG you have installed?
hi :)
is checked in terminal and it came back with this information:

the path in the video settings is the same as what comes up on ssh.
Hi, Robert Manser.
Ok, then could you try with latest version of FFMGP?
Latest version of this library is 2.3.3, the one you use seems to be a bit old ;)
hi - i have had the host upgrade the ffmpeg... still no difference though - here is the output from ssh
root@vps [~]# which ffmpeg
/usr/local/bin/ffmpeg
root@vps [~]# ffmpeg -version

Hi, Robert.
Ok, I assign developer to this thread.
Hi Robert,
1) please make sure that ffmpeg can be executed as non root users.
2) if still can't I need FTP access detail. I need to debug it by code.
FYI: put any credential information at site info form, by editing your first post at this topic.
Regards,
Albert
i checked with host and they said that its open to all users.
i have updated info with ftp access
thanks :)
Hi Robert,
something wrong with FLVtool

ok - thanks - is this relevant seeing as we do mp4 / iphone/ipad compatible videos now??
or should i just get my host to reinstall flvtool2?
my website now shows "mime type not available" ... so no one can see videos if they are using firefox browser.. is there a fix for that?
