Our module is not designed for full width position, I suggest you put it on sidebar, and the photos will become smaller (thumbs) and the quality will be better then.

You need change the thumb to the large image, to hack it you need open this file components/com_community/templates/frontpage.latestmember.list.php, find this :

<?php echo $member->getThumbAvatar(); ?>

<?php echo $member->getAvatar(); ?>
