Hi, Tawhid.

First you need to have enabled "Photos" feature in JomSocial: Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Photos -> Photo Settings -> Enable Photo Gallery -> YES

Then you can upload photos via postbox on main activity stream (JomSocial frontpage) or browse to Photos section in JomSocial and click "Upload Photos": prntscr.com/4gkbnq

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Tawhid.

Please, pay attention to details and always try to describe your issue.
You should post printscreens explaining your issue on the first place.

I checked your site and it seems that 500 error prevent to post/upload pictures: prntscr.com/4gkp3w
Please, contact with your hosting provider and ask for assistance with identifing cause of 500 error. It should be noted in server error logs.

Hi, Tawhid.

And what about server error logs?
Do you have access to it?
Error in console doesn't tell us much... no other error is displayed.
In server error log should be a line saying what process or file cause it.

Hi,
I am contact the my hosting providers. They told there are no errors in the server logs, it seems to be caused due to some issue on the application. Please check the application error logs to find the exact cause and provide us the details of the error.

Please give me fast reply.

Thanks

Hi, Tawhid.

Well, this is 500 error = server error... Yes, it may be caused by application but it HAS to be cached by server error logs. JomSocial doesn't have own error logs as it's a part (extension) of Joomla! framework. You may check (and post here) content of error.php located in ROOT/logs.

But still I need to see server error logs. It's easy to say "no errors in the server logs" did you checked it personally? If it's really empty then it's really bad : there was caused server error and it's not event reported and stored... there has to be something in error logs... please, ask your hosting provider to share error log whatever is inside.

Hi,Tawhid.

Those files are on your server. You dind't provide us access to FTP.
Please, edit your first post and add FTP credentials.

If it worked on localhost... and doesn't on server... well, this is another clue that points to server as source of issue... but probably we'll know when check error logs...
