I found a problem with profile picture. In "Avatar" folder I found several thumbnails of the same user. I think this is caused by repeated cropping. This causes a mess.

Here is the fix open this file components/com_community/controllers/photos.php, add this code after line 3231 :

// Cache leftovers.
        $oldAvatar    = $cTable->avatar;
        $oldTypeImg   = preg_replace('/([0-9a-f]+)\./', $type . '-$1.', $oldAvatar);
        $oldStreamImg = preg_replace('/([0-9a-f]+)\./', '$1_stream_.', $oldAvatar);

// Remove leftovers.
        JFile::delete($oldTypeImg);
        JFile::delete($oldStreamImg);
