hi guys
my site(s) i have registered with jomsocial are not processing videos since i moved the accounts across to a new server.

i have set everything up as per the old server, but now new videos are not leavign the processing area... or, they are showing up in the external modules, but not jomsical

two sites are:

www.guidetogay.com
www.australiansenior.com

i have checked with my host and they are saying ffmpeg and flvtool2 are setup and working correctly....

any help? its causing lots of problems.

Ff this has happened after you moved servers it sounds like there is a slight deference either in the codecs that have been complied on the new server, the version of FFMPEG installed or the path to FFMPEG has changed on the new server

Can you look at the PDF document in this post and run the checks that it lists www.jomsocial.com/forum/photos-videos/15...on-centos-6x-servers

The first thing i would check is the path to FFMPEG in jomsocial video settings in admin

Please let me know the results and we can move forward from there. without this information i would be guessing what may be the problem
