Dear all,

When uploading videos ,videos stay in pending mode.
My web hoster constantly state that everything is set as requested.
The last post they send me is the one you see below.
I used the paths as mentioned below ,but it still doesn't work.
Please help or let me know what I should ask my provider.

what FFMPEG version are you use? please make sure the version is up to date.

FFmpeg version 0.6.5, Copyright (c) 2000-2010 the FFmpeg developers built on Jan 29 2012

I don't know what the reason about it. but for fixing this issue the FFMPEG must be upgraded. if no any choices you must agree with server support to proceed it.

They have installed latest version ,but it's still not working ,my videos keep staying in pending mode.

that user not as root user. so I can't do anything. if you have root user, you can follow this steps:
