Problem with adding video

Hi,

Sometimes I have problem with adding video. When I add link everything is ok but when I add it, the video is empty.

It happens only sometimes? are you able to describe circumstances when video is not posted?
You mean that nothing is posted or just a comment.. or a thumbnail...
Please, post a printscreen with an "empty video" post.

Hi, Robay.

It happens often. When I add link to video everything is ok in preview. The issue is when I add post, becouse thumbnail is empty and video is not active. (Screenshot 2)

Please, check on our demo.jomsocial.com and jomsocial.com/community sites.
If it work there it means it your site specific issue.. and we need access to it in order to fix it.

In the same time we have a problem with administrator panel. We can't see users list and new posts. (Attachment)

Hi Michal.

I answer you in this topic again, because for half a day I made a lot of tests.
I noticed that it is difficult to repeat me this error on our test site which is a clone of the original web site. Therefore, I tried to find the differences between them. The difference between them lies in the fact that the original page uses cron job as server service .
I turned on the cron job on test site too for smallest cycle in our case 1 min. Now I tried to add one movie over and over dozens of times. And the error occurred... Probably the error occurs at the moment when the addition of the video and the task of cron job is performed at the same time, for example, when the stream is cleaning or something like this. It is very difficult to replicate because you have to hit the right moment and it is like a lottery.

As a curiosity, screenshot below shows fragment of test by inserting get around the same video dozens of times ...

I do not know what to do. As I wrote above, it is very difficult to replicate ...

Did you tried to replicate it in 3.2.15?
Also one video can be added only once by user... so how did you add the same video several times?
