I turned on the cron job on test site too for smallest cycle in our case 1 min. Now I tried to add one movie over and over dozens of times. And the error occurred... Probably the error occurs at the moment when the addition of the video and the task of cron job is performed at the same time, for example, when the stream is cleaning or something like this. It is very difficult to replicate because you have to hit the right moment and it is like a lottery.

Also one video can be added only once by user... so how did you add the same video several times?
