deleted activities will be deleted at database. for recovery it you must doing it at database side.
ref doc: dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/backup-and-recovery.html

but not user it will can or not. for more assistance, please ask the server support.

sorry I can't do anything about that. if your DB using InnoDB type, you can try to using recovery tools. search it on google. but the success change is small.
