.Support,
After a video has been transferred to Zencoder for encoding to be deposited into Amazon S3 the original file is not deleted from my server.
I believe this is a bug in need of a resolution.
Thank you,
Steven Dunn
Hi, Steven.
Please provide us with working hataccess credentials.
I can't login to your site.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.
Did you set in Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Videos -> Video Settings -> Delete Original Videos -> YES?
Michal,
The information has been added.
Yes. I double checked that 'Delete Original Videos' is selected to 'Yes'.
I appreciate you working on this issue!

Hi, Steven.
This time htaccess wasn't asking for password... but password for administration area doesn't work.
Could you check it again?
Michal,
I temporarily removed the htaccess while support is ongoing to ease the maintenance process. Instead I have simply switched the site into offline mode.
I did not notice that the Joomla account was disabled. It has now been corrected. It should all be good now!
Thank you,
Steven
Hi, Steven.
Ok, I'm in... now I nee FTP access to check videos original folder.
Michal,
Their may have been a miss-communication. I checked the FTP account and it has full access to the 'public_html' folder including the 'original videos'. They are being stored under the primary folder 'videos'.
Please advise.
Feel free to upload any test videos you need as Zencoder is currently set to integration mode.

HI, Sven.
I still need FTP access... please edit your first post and add FTP credentials.

Hi Steven,
after I cross check again this issue. the original video not being deleted because when cron runs, the zencoder is reading the original file Jomsocial component do not retrieve any returns related with zencoder convert process. so If using zencoder the original video will stay.

Albert
