the email notification of successful uploaded video has weird html tag

The <a href=_QQQ_/index.php?option=com_community&view=videos&task=video&userid=576&videoid=16&Itemid=504_QQQ_>Look Up</a> you've uploaded has been processed and published.

May I know where can I edit this to remove this QQQ bit?
