it must be fixed about this bug at 3.2.1.2
please open this file components/com_community/templates/default/photos.album.featured.php at line 133 make sure the code like this:

<span id="featured-wall-count-<?php echo $album_count; ?>"><?php echo $album->commentCount ?></span>

Not

<span id="featured-wall-count-<?php echo $album_count; ?>">0</span>

and check this file also components/com_community/views/photos/view.html.php line 313

$fl->commentCount = CWallLibrary::getWallCount('albums', $fl->id);

below this code (line 312)

$fl->photos = $photos;

if still problem, maybe there is some override?
