Empty albums

I have a lot of empty photo albums, of deleted users.
How to clear them?
Is it a task of cronjob?
Why my cronjob doesn't clear it?
Please let me understand.

Hi, Piero.

Yes, cron job should remove them.
I can't check it as your backend don't load for me (after few pages it just loads forever).
So I assign developer to it.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

May I know where did you delete the user? from edit profie the user delete by himself? or from backend Joomla / Jomsocial user manager?

After an user delete himself using edit profile, I, as administrator, delete the auto-deleted user using Joomla User Manager.
Am I wrong?
What the correct steps?

maintime, could you suggest me a way to delete all empty albums via sql comand?

Via SQL is very tricky, I suggest you do it manually from frontend and login as admin to do it.

Mission impossible to delete empty albums manually! :o(
I tried, as administrator, starting from the end of albums pagination (138 pages) but even if I get notification of "deleted album" after deleting it, the album keeps!
Try yourself.

Ehmm, please try this :

DELETE FROM y6di3_community_photos_albums WHERE params like '%"count":"0"%'

Not sure will work, but please try.
