I am not able to convert my videos.

I created a script to get the following information:
exec() is enabled
passthru() is enabled
system() is enabled
shell_exec() is enabled
zip is enabled
GD version:bundled (2.1.0 compatible)
CURL version: 7.24.0
/usr/bin/ffmpeg - version FFmpeg 0.6.5
/usr/bin/flvtool2 - version FLVTool2 1.0.6

But when I run the cron job, I still get the message : Could not convert video
