After processing the video disappears

Hello! Installed on the server and ffmpeg flvtool2, set cron job, changed file cronjob.php, in the admin panel also included .. all loaded video .. but after Treated video, it does not appear anywhere else ..

I'm sorry but I can't confirm that. I uploaded video, it was displayed under pending videos. Then I ran cron manually: prntscr.com/3r30vr and as you can see video was converted.

And thus it was removed from Panding Videos to All Videos. And you can see it there as "JomSocial test".

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

watch this video dance-space.ru/en/community/199-tima/videos/video/1159- , it was uploaded format. mp4 and it is not possible to find anywhere else, except in the video module on the page of this profile.
also downloaded a few videos in the same format, they work only sound -

Ok, please edit your first post and add FTP credentials.

As for second video - I cant play it. My browser displays notice that file is damaged.
It could be damaged before or during processing. But this ir rather server issue (as FFMPG library is installed on server not in JomSocial)

Mayby it can't access directly from URL? need from cpanel it self. or my IP blocked by your server. here my IP 223.164.64.241

I need to inspect your DB for debugging purpose

Hi Tima,

I inspect your DB, the some video status are 'locked', after the video converted the status must be changed to 'ready'. But I just try uploaded the video. It can changed to 'ready' after converted.

and about video only have sound may I know what format for that video? please make sure can play it using QuickTime. because some video could not converted perfectly using converter.

Hi Tima,

It's hard to find what exactly problem about video converter failure
jomsocial using this: www.ffmpeg.org

please try to upgrade your FFMPEG converter at your server.

and increase your PHP limit settings:
- max post
- max file upload
- limit file size
- max execution time

if I download small video size from savefrom.net It can converted, but for big file, mostly failed. many factors caused that.
