It has come to my attention that members cannot upload videos, I have .wmv,mp4.flv extension permitted however cannot successfully upload or display a video, they seem to get placed into the default images/videos folder but nothing else.

I've even disabled file limitations and still not able to upload videos of any file type.

Files are uploaded but are not converted. it's because you didn't set path to FFMPEG.

1. Make sure that FFMPEG library is installed on your server (ask your hosting provider for help)
2. Ask for correct path to FFMPG library.
3. Enter correct path in Components -> JomSocial -> Videos -> Video Settings -> Path to FFMPEG
4. Run cron manually or set up a cron job.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
