Stream display album's comments for single photo

Hello.
Old bug come again.
User
www.jomsocial.com/community/slepoy/profile
uploaded single photo to default album.

In stream it display (under the photo) 4 album's comments that wrong (and if I click "Show All 4 Comments" it's empty).

Single photo should not display albums'comments.

I tested few scenarios of uploading photos and commenting them.
It seems that few bugs or inaccuracies are here.
I report them to our developers.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

It seems to happen only when uploading photos directly from album view, I'm gonna pass this to our developers.

Thanks. Is far as I understand, it should display album's desc and comments only if 2 or more photos was uploaded (so users understand that this is album's comments).

And if photo only one - it should display photo's comments (and field to post comments to this photo)?

And specialty if user use shoebox to upload one or few photos, it should display "say something field..."? And if this field is empty (for few photos), it should display album's description?

I noticed that this happened when it's a one-photo album. Photo is set as an album cover but on stream it's showed as just photo. So all comments that goes to it really goes to album.

Please extract those files here > \components\com_community\controllers\system.php(it'll be included into our next installation package)

And then check the issue once again, it should fix the problem. If not, please let us know and we'll look into this once again.
