i have been looked at your site.. i'm little bit confuse about your website structure.. i will assign this to our developer :)

maybe you can provide our developer FTP access and make sure all file writeable.. when i try to disable your SEF on joomla backend, i can't because config file is unwriteable..

can I get your cpanel access detail. the jomsocial can't get new album ID. I have have a look at your DB. maybe there corrupted tables or something wrong with album table

please check it, now your album already fine. please ask your hosting about how to make your DB using full privilege. or there is somethings wrong at upgrade process? because your albums DB not properly upgraded.

I did following query to fix it:

ALTER TABLE `cx16i_community_photos` ADD `params` TEXT NOT NULL AFTER `status`;
ALTER TABLE `cx16i_community_photos_albums` ADD `params` TEXT NOT NULL AFTER `default`;
ALTER TABLE `cx16i_community_photos_albums` ADD `eventid` INT NOT NULL AFTER `groupid`;
