I have try to acces in backend the Fotos-> Settings and evry time alter a long time i get this error message

String could not be parsed as XML

This error i dont find enywhere and all other links works good did someone know from what this come?

I have verion 3.1 and upgraded to 3.2 and the error is on both verion there

i do on my ubuntu server a reboot use this command to make all the updates "sudo apt-get update" & "sudo apt-get upgrade" and clean all caches in joomla plugins and now it works again.
