- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.

Please, upgrade to current version of JomSocial 3.2.0.5.
And check if issue still persist.

Now I can play the videos backend before I publish the video, but after publish I can't play the videos backend or frontend
