URGENT: Can't upload photos to existing GROUP photo albums
I have a campaign launching tomorrow for which people need to upload photos to an existing group album - and just discovered that the link to do that is NOT DISPLAYING on my site. I need urgent help to repair this - and greatly appreciate the support!!!!
Here is how to recreate the problem:
- Join group (I have created the private group "protein conversion" group for testing purposes; you can join that one & then use back end admin credentials to approve your entry into the group. The only users in the group are myself & a test user so photos can be safely uploaded - but PLEASE, no photos that will offend female users)
- Select "Photos" --> select "Upload photos".
- 2 options display: enter name of new album OR select album name from drop down. Whichever you select, there is no button or link to enter your submission or select photos to upload. Instead it's a "dead end". (see screenshot).
To speed up troubleshooting:
- I've enabled photo sharing & album creation in groups
- I've confirmed that the appropriate user groups have photo album privileges in JSPT
- I'm using JS ver 3.1.1 - so I believe my JS is up to date
- This problem appears similar to the one in ticket #61625 if that helps to resolve it!
I appreciate your help to resolve this as quickly as possible; if we can't fix it then I will need to change my campaign to run on Instagram rather than my own community. : (
Hoping you have all the admin credentials you need to resolve this today, your time... and thanks!!!!
Hi - I saw the failed login messages come in. The account is enabled... I don't see how to access the original credentials info to double check that it is correct?
Hi
i am still experiencing login problem as
"Whoops - we don't recognize that username or password; please try again, or create an account if you don't already have one."
at you site frontend and "Unable to connect to LDAP server" at the site admin.
Thanks
