Uploaded Videos are in folder 'originalvideos' but not in folder 'videos'
on my site, a few videos were uploaded, but they would not published. And some of the uploaded videos are in the folder 'originalvideos' but they are not in the folder 'videos'.
So I dont know, if they are converted or not by the cron job. The cron job ist already configured (every 5 minutes) on the server. However, some videos will be converted, others not. When I call the cron job link in the url, the cron job tell me, that there are no pending videos. But in the admin-backend, the uploaded videos are already there and I can play them. In the backend it seems everything fine.
What could be the reason? Is there a way, to find out, which of the uploaded vidos would not be converted? How can I monitor it?
Is there a way to identifier these videos and convert them again?
But the best were, that every video should convert by the cron job and shown in the frondend.
It seems that you don't have valid subscription for JomSocial... it probably expired.
If it's not, then please post here and try to explain it:

thank you. You are right. JomSocial is licenced for my site. But the license is not on my account. The Company, that worked with the project, have licenced it for me and my site, but I didn't have the password of the account.
So is it possible, to put the licence into my account?? If not, I have to get the password for "my" account from the company.
