Tried to comment on my own photo.
Refreshed page and ran into this error message
Warning: preg_match_all() [function.preg-match-all]: Compilation failed: invalid range in character class at offset 88 in /public_html/tz4/components/com_community/helpers/videos.php on line 132
the look!
Hi
I have logged it at your site and upload a photo and commented twice before after refreshing and didn't noticed any warning as above.
Moreover, it seems a bad compilation warning which can cause by server and it should not happen again and again.
Let me know if you come across nearer why and when it is happening again.
Thanks
Hi Eric,
I have tested the issue at my local environment and it is working fine.
According to our developer the error is not happening with our product.
As we are unable to replicate this issue at our site
I would suggest you to disable other third party extension and check.
One another suggestion is, please update our latest version and check.
Thanks
The problem appears to be gone! Can't say why as I have not installed any extensions or anything since telling you about the problem.
What did you do?
Was it a server issue after all?
Hi Eric,
I have set Error reporting as off at site admin panel > global configuration > server [tab] > Error reporing = None
That's why the warning message is not showing at your site any more.
Thanks
