In the topic "TOPIC: Cover photo: There was an error when trying to move uploaded image" you give the advise to upgrade to 3.1.0.4 but I'am unable to find the upgrade package. Nor in Joomla nor on your website trough my account.

I hope you can help me. My users cannot upload a cover photo. Also facebook cannot take their cover photo.
My folders seem to have the right ownership and the right rights. It cannot create the numbered cover folders.

Any thoughts on this?

You need use the newest version for fixing this, please you download the newest version from here www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses or you can use iJoomla installer on your Joomla backend.

Please let me know how it goes then.

note : your backend account is not working, I need htaccess account for going inside it.

I am using both the new version of Joomla and Jomsocial.

Back end should be working, but in case I provided FTP access.

I did a little bid further testing and it seems it only has to do with the COVER folder in images. All the right are double checked on that folder, same counts for ownership.

I can upload in other folders. Super user can upload in his own cover folder but not in the ones from others. Some people get their cover photo on sign up from facebook....

Jquery works oke. (I guess)

SEF should stay on, turning it of gives problems elasewere...

I just don't know anymore where to look...
