Whenever someone shares a photo, there is no space between the username and the word "shared."
See the attached screen shot. Is this something I can fix, or does it need to be fixed in the code.
I tried doing a language override, changing "shared" to " shared" but that did not work.
Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your reply.
The issue was reproduced; see the screen shot below.
It seems that any time a photo is shared, this happens.
It does not happen when a video is shared.

The username and password have Administrator access so can be used on the front end or back end.
(I noticed when finished working on JomSocial in the back end, I have to click the menu several times to work on another component or back end area.)
I have also given you FTP access as noted in the information.
Thank you

I'm sorry about those error messages. I'll work on that now. Hopefully I will have it fixed shortly.

Thank you for your reply, David. First, I tried posting another photo. There were 2 spaces before the word "shared." (see the first attachment).
I thought the extra space was because of a language override I had put in previously. So I deleted that language override. Now, there is no space before "shared", as before. (See the second attachment).
So, it appears to me that the original problem is not fixed yet.
Thank you for your help.

I am sorry for the difficulty. I have 3 possible solutions.
1) I have updated the login path for your FTP username, so when you log in it should take you directly to the components/community directory. At least you should arrive at the public_html directory, then you can go to components/community.

2) I have also pasted in the XML configuration file for FileZilla for this username on my site. I pasted it into the "Misc Information" section in the first post of this thread.
You should be able to save that as a file and import that into FileZilla. Once it is imported you can go to File -> Site Manager in FileZilla, choose my site and that should log you in and take you to the correct directory.

3) If neither of the above 1) or 2) work, I can give you cPanel access and you could use FileManager.

Thank you for your help.

Hi Bob,

This is really weird, first case for us..i tried to check you backend files but nothing wrong.. i want to change you template to make sure this is not template issue but i can't change your template because you only had 1 installed template.. I'm trying to disable plugins but i saw a lot of pluigns there >.<

Can you backup your entire site using akeeba? i wanna try disable your plugins to make sure if there is no css conflict with jomsocial..

Please upgrade my joomla account access level to SUPER USER.. as i said before, i can't access some menu on your joomla because my access level is REGISTERED ADMINISTRATOR..

i'm trying to help you with my best effort, i hope you can support me :)

Warm Regards,

David

David, thank you for your reply.
I tried installing the Beez3 and Afterburner2 templates.
I have no explanation, but for some reason it is working properly now.
Even with my default template, Gantry, it is working.
Sorry to take up your time on it. I cannot explain why it is working now.
Thank you for your help.
