Can create photo album but cannot upload photos

I am having the exact same problem as "Bert". I can create a photo album without a problem, but when I try to upload photos I get the option to create a new album or use an existing album...but there is no option underneath to drag and drop photos or select photos from my computer.

I was having this same problem before and recently upgraded to 3.1.1 using JomSocial 2.5, hoping that would correct the problem but it still exists.

Your issue seems to be a like but in your case, there are no js errors in console...
Please, provide us with FTP access...


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

I'm embarrassed to say I don't know how to give you FTP access as I've never used it and don't know the password. I'm checking with my hosting company and will get back to you later today. Thank you for the quick response. It will be wonderful to get this issue corrected.

When you'll have FTP login data - please, edit your first post and add there host address, login and password to FTP.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.

I edited my first post and provided FTP login information three days ago ... has there been any progress on fixing this issue. Please update me on status of support. Thank you.
