Hi there,
I am currently trying to move a dev site into a production site
On the dev site, I have no issue with the uploader, under the "Photos" section. When I try the same feature on the production site, the lightbox display the options to upload to an "existing album" or "new one" but there's nothing under it (where you can usual drag the pictures to).
I noticed that I get an error in the browser console :
Uncaught ReferenceError: pluploader is not defined

Let me know if you need any more info.

Hi Erik,

This is interesting, because another client also have the smiliar issue, and then this issue not happens in your dev site..

Anyway, after you move your source code to the live site, did you install the another 3rd party plugin or changed any settings?

thank you

Thanks for taking the time to look at my issue.

I did modify the .htaccess to redirect / to /home using this

RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} !^POST
RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^[A-Z]{3,9}\ /\ HTTP/
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT}>s ^(443>(s)|[0-9]+>s)$
RewriteRule ^ /home [L,R=301]

Otherwise, everything else is the same.

I tried the original .htaccess and I still have no success on getting the photo uploader to run. I also tried to copy the dev site .htaccess but that didn't fix the issue either. Is there anything else I can try ?

The issue was related to missing js file not loading with on frontpage.index.php , the function was originally on profile page.
