when viewing image the tag this photo botton displays, click it and pop appears to enter name
But am unable to enter any text in text area

Whan I click on 'done tagging the text box closes

So tagging looks like it works except I cannot enter a name in the tag text box.

I tried login as admin and I can do tagging at photos. May I know what browser are you using?
please try to clear your browser cache first.
