Unable to open users photo galleries

Hello,

We have installed Jomsocial 3.2.1 in Joomla 3.2.3.

Photos already exist in user galleries but we are not able to access them. When we click on the photo link inside a profile, nothing happens. We are not sure what the problem may be.

Your feedback and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Luis.

I can't confirm that. I turned of error display and logged with credentials you provided us.
I could without any issue access to photo albums, open one and view photos.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

We had several thousand cron-job pending emails that were never sent.
I deleted them. I am not sure if this helped solve the issue of not seeing photos, but the photos became visible after clearing the stored cron-job emails. If you have any feedback on this please share it.
