JomSocial Expired

I can't figure out why the uploaded video has no thumbnail, and it won't fetch a thumbnail.
To see the video on the front end, log in using the same username and password as for the back end, given in the private site information.
Then go here:

fireworksland.com/301-test11/videos/video/5-test-upload

The video I uploaded was a .mp4 file.
The video plays, but there is no thumbnail for it.
If I click on "Fetch Thumbnail," I get an error message:
Failed to fetch video thumbnail.

In the back end, Configuration > Video, I have Videos Root Folder set to: images

In the /images folder there are 2 folders:
originalphotos
originalvideos

So do I have Videos Root Folder set properly?
What is stopping it from fetching a thumbnail?

Hi, Bob.

It seems that videos are not converted and they are still pending.
Did you set cron job properly?
Notification email are sent?
Are you sure that paths to FFMPEG and FLVTool2 are correct?

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
