Photo Gallery not visible (solved)

This week the Photo Gallery section of my site www.fishzoo.net is no longer visible. I have checked the configuration and the Photo Gallery is enabled. No authorized users did anything on the backend or made any changes. Everything else on the site seems to be working just fine can you please help with this problem.

Please, could provide us with working administrator credentials?
Those posted are not working.

Your issue is similar to that I encounter recently.
Please upgrade JomSocial to current version. Current is: 3.1.0.4.
Check if problem persist after upgrade and post the results.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hello Michael,

Thanks so much for replying I will do as you say and upgrade however what is curious is that the photo gallery has been visible and users were able to upload and view photos with no trouble. This last week it just went blank. When someone clicks on the photo gallery its just a white screen??

See attached. Also I don't see the privacy area to re-enter admin access?
