Uploaded videos do not play on iPhone or iPad

Uploaded videos are mp4 and are converted by Zencoder then stored on Amazon S3. Videos play perfectly in Chrome web browser but do not play on iPhone or iPad Safari browse.
I believe it is important that mp4 files play on and can be uploaded from iPhones and iPads. This is my main user market.

You can see the problem on my site network.hopegate.us and play any public video on an iPhone or iPad device.

Please advise and your assistance is much appreciated,

Hi James,

Currently the uploading video wont work in apple device, because apple device not supported with flashplayer.. we will develop it next time..
