How do I change the background colour that shows for video and photo backgrounds?

You were in the backend of my site for well over an hour, is it that complex an issue?

The site appears to be broken now. Some feedback about what you are doing in the backend at the moment would be nice to at least give me an indication regarding how long I should expect it to remain broken.

I have updated the necessary css at custom.css of current template.

Thank you very kindly! That has worked perfectly for all except the featured videos panel on the videos page where it is still grey. If you could just point out to me what needs to be changed I can do it and maybe save you some time. I do appreciate what you have done thus far though.

I have checked for both video and image and it works fine.
It may need to clear your browser cache.
Btw if you go to the template manager from admin panel and press template as screenshot
You will get the custom.css, template.css file where the code is

If you are known about css code then you can edit your own otherwise you can take help from web developer.

I do not mean to insult, I am not familiar with css but can usually find the file to change when directed, I apologise. I am grateful for your help.

I have cleared the browser cache of everything but can still see the background behind all my featured videos.

I have tried three browsers. The pages for videos that are not "Featured" are as you say which I'm very happy with but the page which displays the featured video scroller still has the grey background.
