What can you say: if from pc webpage all work: upload and cron is ok - this folder is writeble or not? :) Or you can't understand me (my English is not good sorry). this problem only from mobile application.

well, the cron jobs from mobile or PC is same, because the corn will be processed on server not on each the device / PC, let me guess you test the cron on PC and mobile with different user, right? the error is very clear,the system can't write the thumbs, so please make sure that folder (what I mentioned) before is writeable.

That should work too, I am not sure why in your end is not working.. anyway you can test it in your dev site and install the latest version 3.2 RC to clarify this.
