Hi

For some reason I've started to get this error today, and photos aren't displaying...just text links where photos were once showing.

If I upload an image to my status, I see a thumbnail but when I click on that to view the large image I get the 'Sorry system needs proper ID to process.

I've no 3rd party SEF installed and haven't done anything to backend files for ages.

Please can you advise

I logged in with your user access detail. And i tried to upload image at status. it success (uploaded and i can view it in large version). i cant re-produce your issue. could you please try again? and let me know if still happen.

Yeah...weird....it just righted itself.

Am not sure if this is related, but I checked my uploaded photos and most are just showing an alt tag link. The images are there....just not displaying?

I've attached a screen shot to show you what I mean.

.....and I get this in a group with the photo album.....

Hello, could you please tell me what is the problem in php or setting as I have the same problem? Photoalbums are not created and photos (and videos) don't upload. I've checked php.ini, settings in the component.

This issue only happened in Jomsoical version 3.1.0, so I suggest you guys upgrade to the latest version 3.1.0.1

Dimas, I did apply the 3.1.0.1 patch about a week or so ago.

It contained 3 files that seemed to be upgrades the the registration scripts?

Please could you give me the link for the patch and I'll compare with what I've got and reapply as on the JS dashboard it's still saying v3.1.0

Can you try to full re-install the package please instead of apply the patch?

You can get it from here www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses

or you can use iJoomla installer, it will upgrade your jomsocial automatically.

The ijoomla installer sounds good....is that a separate install to get that...or have I just missed it in the settings?
