Environment: Joomla 3.2.1, Jomsocial 3.1.0.1, Arvixe VPS server

I'm trying to enable the upload videos feature but none of my videos are being converted. When I manually run the cron, I receive the error <message>Could not convert video</message> and my "videos" folder is filled with a bunch of 0 byte file names. I've tried a variety of file formats and sizes with all the same result.

I know I have ffmpeg and flvtool2 on my server and the path is correct as I installed HD Webplayer on my site as well to verify that that software would convert videos correctly.

Any suggestions?

This is bug from us which caused by cenOs, our developer is still fixing this.

This is mp4 issue, for timebeing you can follow my solution here www.jomsocial.com/forum/photos-videos/11...o-3-1?start=28#65366 , that solution taken from old Jomsocial version and converting to flv instead of mp4.
