I have found that if any photos or video on the wall is shared and at the same time you comment something about the photo or video, finally the video and photo uploaded are not being created a stream with a comment but not the photo or video. However if you upload a photo or video without comment, are you up properly. What can happen?

To be honest I've a small problems with proper udnderstanding of this problem. Could you maybe provide us with some exact steps to replicate this issue?

the steps to follow:
1 -. Share a video and I add the description (Picture 1)
. 2 - Pulse Share, then (Picture 2) appears.
. 3 - You can check that the description is shared but the video does not appear.

However if I do the following works correctly:

1 -. Share a video and I do not add the description (Picture 3)
. 2 - Pulse Share, then (Picture 4) appears.
. 3 - Everything is correct but the video has no reviews

With the photos is the same. I hope you understand me now, I'm sorry for my English.

Sorry for such late response..About your case, bassicaly those photos shows logging in to JomSocial with Facebook, so this's nothing about sharing videos or photos, so I'm a little bit confused..Could you maybe help me with proper understanding ?

I guess you luck. Try it several times. It may be a random problem. But mostly the case.

Hm... it's really strange. So this's happening all the time ? It's really difficult to diagnose the problem without any some certain way to replicate it.
