Using Joomla 3.2.1 / Jomsocial 3.1.0.1 No 3rd Party Add-ons

Setting up new site, can't share photos from the share box feature and no share button in photo album.

OK, still having the same problem. On the front page, profile page, and events page of my site I can not upload a photo from my hard drive using the share box in activity stream. Uploading photos from the photo album works ok by the way. Also, the Tag Photo feature in the photo album does not work.

To check, I logged into the Community on this site and tried to upload photos from the share box on the home page and profile page, and it does not work there either, and the Tag Photo in your community does not work either.

I'm stumped - need your help.

OK, now an additional problem! Can not access jomsocial backend, just get a white screen. I see all my problems in other forum posts, and support has not come up with a fix. What gives?

I am sorry for delay asnwer, I was on leave last week.

I cant access your backend seems the login is invalid, can you verify it please? Also can you provide me the FTP access I will check the issue the blank page in admin section.

Sure, but please make sure that your server meets our minimal requirments, which is essential for JomSocial to work properly. Also try to check if there're no javascript errors on your community after installing plugins with esoteric javascript functions, just a hints for a future:).
