if you submit a video for encoding via zencoder the video dimension limits are a maximum value and the aspect ration setting is "preserve".
If I take a video with size 446x336
my backend video encoding size is set as 640x360
after encoding with zencoder the size of video is still 446x336 but in the databse video size is stored as 640x360
this causes issues when setting the data-ratio size to scale flowplayer.
the runconvert function will need to be updated to either store the correct size or use different aspect ration settings.
N.b. I've not inspected what happens with ffmpeg
p.s. I also use flowplayer commercial as the flash version is poor.

actually all video sizes are global and not stored per video.
for that to work zencoder should pad or scale the videos.
setAspectMode('pad')
or
setAspectMode('stretch')

For next version we wont use flowplayer anymore, and we will use default video code from HTML5 and you will get better quality then.
