Hello.

At this page: 2018.crimson-land.ru/forum I published 100 "Latest Discussion" module with settings:

Result: Discussions are displaying in "grouping" (block).
For example: First 15 disscussions are from one group. All this discussions was created from 2009 to 2017. Some has "latest reply" few years ago. So it doesn't display "Latest" discussions.
Second 15 discussions from another groups. The same issue.

I expect it should display newest discussion on top:
1) discussion created in 2017 in GroupA
2) discussion created in 2017 in GroupB
3) discussion created in 2016 in GroupA
4) discussion created in 2009 in GroupC

In real it display in this way:
1) discussion created in 2017 in GroupA
2) discussion created in 2016 in GroupA
3) discussion created in 2015 in GroupA
4) discussion created in 2009 in GroupA

5) discussion created in 2017 in GroupB
6) discussion created in 2016 in GroupB
7) discussion created in 2015 in GroupB
8) discussion created in 2009 in GroupB

9) discussion created in 2017 in GroupC
10) discussion created in 2016 in GroupC
11) discussion created in 2015 in GroupC
12) discussion created in 2009 in GroupC...

Thanks.

HI, Dmitry.

Thank you for contacting us.
Yes, module displays latest discussions from groups and they are a kind in block.
It depends from group when latest discussion was created - some groups are more active than other.
if latest discussion was created in 2009 and there is no newer one - then it's the latest.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

I just supposed, mudiluke will display: 2017’s discussions from different groups, than 2016’s discussions from different groups ets.

But it display: 2017-2009’s discussions from GroupA first. Than it display 2017-2009’s discussions from GroupB. A little bit strange because 2017-groupB’s discussion is more fresh that 2009-groupA’s discussion. :)

May be it possible to fix?

If I’m not mistaken in old module version there was an option:
1) sort discussion by last reply (can be useful)
2) display group’s in blocks - or something like that. Can’t remember how it worked (displayed group’s avatar ones for few discussions). Not sure this option is needed now.

Thanks.

HI, Dmitry.

But "last" mean most recent. If most recent group activity was done in 2009 then it's last :)
In current module there is no sorting option - what version do you mean?
