I'm sorry, but I have a new one. When I go into the back-end to type up a new article I don't have the text box that you type the article in. Can you take a look and fix this please?

I'm sorry but as you know we provide support only for our products JomSocial et.c
Issue that you reported is related with Joomla! core feature and couldn't be covered by our support.
You probably disabled one of editor thus you can't see text field.
Please, report this issue on forum.joomla.org - I'm sure that J! Community will help you.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Thank you and I am sorry that I contacted the wrong people. 3 years into this and I'm still a hack at all of this, but I am getting better. LOL
